Blue mascara would help brighten your eyes. Packet design with two tubes , one side is a conditioning lengthener and the other is color. The lengthening part was black so you can just left off the color part and worn this as a black mascara. That made this mascara more interesting. The wand of this mascara is pretty big so you must carefully when applying it. If you do so , it'll not clump. I think it a good value for the very low price. (~4.99 USD when I wrote this review)

Yes , it goes on smooth and you can believe that no-clump is true. In the first time you may feel length and fullness is not as expected. But just don't reapplied it'll be clump together so you can take it off and try again it'll come out really great and you can see your eye lash more length and fullness.
